1. Introduction

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing a bet, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the bgw999 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or other eligible betting market.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer or other incentive made available to Users, subject to the specific terms of each promotion.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" means a country or territory from which bgw999 accepts registrations, as determined at the Platform's sole discretion and subject to change without notice.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before full Account functionality is enabled.
• "Platform" refers to the bgw999 website at bgw999.cam, including any mobile-optimised versions, applications or associated services.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who is under the minimum eligible age, is self-excluded, is located in a restricted jurisdiction, or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means verified deposited funds available in a User's Account for wagering, excluding any bonus or promotional balance.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available within Account settings.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, used as a reference currency for illustrative purposes where applicable.

3. Account Eligibility

Clause 3.1 — Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or place any bet on bgw999. Age verification is a mandatory step in the KYC process. bgw999 takes age-gating seriously and reserves the right to suspend any Account pending satisfactory proof of age.

Clause 3.2 — Jurisdiction

It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bgw999 does not guarantee that its services are available, legal or suitable in all countries. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or use the Platform.

Clause 3.3 — Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered Account on bgw999. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

Clause 3.4 — No Corporate Accounts

Accounts must be registered and operated by natural persons only. Corporate entities, syndicates, groups and betting bots are not permitted to open or operate Accounts.

4. Account Registration

Clause 4.1 — Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Clause 4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bgw999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify bgw999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bgw999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Clause 4.3 — Account Closure

bgw999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without notice, where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or applicable regulation.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

bgw999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework. All Users may be required to complete identity verification before deposits, withdrawals or the use of promotional funds are permitted.

Clause 5.1 — Required Documents

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport;
• A recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement) dated within 90 days, where required;
• A selfie or liveness verification image as directed by the verification flow.

Clause 5.2 — Document Integrity

Users must submit genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, doctored or incomplete identification is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities. Documents must be uploaded exclusively through bgw999's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive documents via unsecured channels.

6. Deposits & Payments

Clause 6.1 — Accepted Methods

bgw999 supports a range of payment methods subject to availability in your jurisdiction and current operator policy. Familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as contextual examples of payment services commonly used in Pakistan. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with bgw999 or with online gambling operations. Actual deposit methods available to you will be confirmed at the payment stage of your Account.

Clause 6.2 — Minimum Deposit

A minimum deposit threshold applies and will be displayed at the time of deposit. Illustrative minimum deposit examples used in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 1,000") are examples only and subject to change without notice.

Clause 6.3 — Deposit Ownership

You confirm that funds deposited into your bgw999 Account are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

Clause 6.4 — Failed Deposits

bgw999 is not responsible for failed deposits resulting from issues with your payment provider, bank or network. Contact your payment provider first; if the issue persists, contact bgw999 support with relevant transaction reference details.

7. Withdrawals

Clause 7.1 — Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals are only available to fully verified (KYC-approved) Accounts. bgw999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud or policy breach.

Clause 7.2 — Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bgw999 may require additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or involve methods not previously used for deposits.

Clause 7.3 — Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to third-party processing schedules. bgw999 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests in a timely manner but cannot guarantee specific processing durations.

Clause 7.4 — Bonus Balance

Bonus funds and promotional credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only Real Money Balance resulting from eligible wagering activity in accordance with applicable bonus terms may be withdrawn.

8. Bonus & Promotions

Clause 8.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on bgw999 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions. These include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or markets, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits.

Clause 8.2 — Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) applies to a bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the stated number of times using eligible games or markets before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion.

Clause 8.3 — Bonus Abuse

bgw999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses forfeited, winnings voided and the Account suspended.

Clause 8.4 — Promotion Changes

bgw999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Betting Rules

Clause 9.1 — Bet Acceptance

Bets are only confirmed once accepted by bgw999's system and a unique bet reference number is issued. bgw999 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion without providing a reason.

Clause 9.2 — Odds

Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. bgw999 will honour the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. Obvious errors in odds (manifestly incorrect pricing) may be voided at bgw999's discretion.

Clause 9.3 — Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, technical failure, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation or where a bet was placed by a Prohibited User.

Clause 9.4 — In-Play / Live Betting

In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event, including at ball-by-ball or over-by-over intervals in cricket. bgw999 is not liable for internet connectivity issues that prevent a User from placing or modifying a live bet.

Clause 9.5 — Result Disputes

All market results are settled in accordance with the official ruling body for the relevant event. In cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral Test or T20I series — the relevant governing body's official ruling applies. bgw999's settlement decisions are final after a 72-hour review period following settlement.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgw999 Platform:

• Registering while underage or providing false age information;
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Using automated software, bots or AI tools to place bets or circumvent platform controls;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches or pricing errors;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing or any form of sports fraud;
• Depositing funds from an account not held in your own name;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing bgw999 staff or other users;
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bgw999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bgw999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Clause 12.1 — No Guarantee of Winnings

bgw999 does not guarantee that a User will win any bet. All gambling involves inherent financial risk. Users participate entirely at their own risk.

Clause 12.2 — Platform Availability

bgw999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events may affect availability. bgw999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

Clause 12.3 — Financial Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgw999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of verified Real Money Balance held in the User's Account at the time of the relevant claim.

Clause 12.4 — Third-Party Services

bgw999 is not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, data providers or telecommunications services. Users engage with third-party services at their own risk.

13. Responsible Gambling

bgw999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic log-outs when a session time limit is reached;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bgw999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bgw999 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

bgw999 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Users in Pakistan are reminded that they are responsible for compliance with their own local laws and that bgw999 makes no representation as to the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
